Shipping

All Aether Theories orders are shipped from Milan, Italy.

We offer tracked shipping in Italy and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout according to the destination.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary by location.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Aether Theories is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local postal services, or courier disruptions after dispatch.

Returns

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing uncertainty, or natural variations in handmade production.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@aethertheories.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will assess the most appropriate resolution.

Repairs

If your piece becomes damaged over time, we may be able to offer a repair service depending on the nature of the issue. Please contact info@aethertheories.com with photographs and a short description.
