All Aether Theories pieces are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and produced in limited quantities or made to order. Due to the artisanal nature of the work, slight variations may occur. These are not defects, but part of each piece’s unique character.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Aether Theories reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Milan, Italy. Processing times may vary depending on whether a piece is ready to ship or made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on destination and courier service.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@aethertheories.comwithin 3 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will assess the most appropriate resolution.

7. Repairs

If your piece becomes damaged over time, we may be able to offer a repair service depending on the nature of the issue. Please contact info@aethertheories.com with photographs and a short description.
